The cop who won't stop is back. But this time he's chasing down a lot more than a fugitive.

U.S. Marshal Samuel Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones) and his street-smart deputies pursue Sheridan (Wesley Snipes), a new fugitive who is accused of two New York assassinations. Aiding Gerard is a cocky young government operative (Robert Downey Jr.) who proves to be a match for Gerard's tactical and intellectual strengths.
